What information we collect

When you contact us through the quote form, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email, we collect only the information you choose to share with us. That typically includes:

• Your name
• Your phone number and, if you provide one, your email address
• The postcode or address of the property you'd like cleared
• A description of the job, including any photos you choose to send

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics profiling, or any cookies beyond those strictly required to keep the site working.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us solely to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• Arrange and carry out the work you've asked us to do
• Send you an invoice or waste transfer note where relevant
• Keep records we are required to keep as a registered Waste Carrier

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Lawful basis

Our lawful basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and performance of that contract), and where applicable Article 6(1)(c) (compliance with our legal obligations as a registered waste carrier).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to completed jobs (invoices, waste transfer notes) are kept for up to 7 years to meet our tax and waste-carrier record-keeping obligations, then securely deleted.

Who can see your data

Your information is only accessed by Lee and the small team who run the business. We use a small number of trusted service providers to host the website and send transactional emails (for example, our email provider). They process your data only on our instructions and under appropriate contracts.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your data (where we don't have a legal reason to keep it)
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)
